After the metal baler runs for a certain period, the internal components of the hydraulic pump will inevitably be worn, and some cooperative parts will also cause wear, strain, etc., which may lead to leakage in the hydraulic pump. When the hydraulic pump outputs high pressure and low flow oil, the flow pulsation will occur, which will constitute the shaking of the output flow and pressure of the hydraulic pump, and then cause strong noise. In this case, the deflection Angle of the variable mechanism of the pilot system can be appropriately increased, the leakage in the hydraulic pump can be reduced, and the components with severe wear and strain can be brush plated or replaced.
When the valve plate of the hydraulic pump of the metal baler is in use, due to surface wear or sludge deposition in the open part of the unloading tank, the unloading tank will be shortened and the unloading position will be changed, resulting in trapped oil and resulting in noise. Therefore, in the process of installation, the large unloading groove of the valve plate must be installed in the high pressure chamber of the pump, and the metal block press and its sharp Angle direction must be relative to the rotation of the cylinder block.
Another point is that there is a problem with the relief valve of the metal baler, which begins with the unstable function of the pilot valve, that is, the noise caused by the air oscillation caused by the high-frequency oscillation of the pressure in the front chamber of the pilot valve. This is mainly that there may be air mixed in the oil, forming an air pocket in the front chamber of the pilot valve, and the air should be drained in time to prevent the outside air from entering from the beginning. The needle valve cannot be opened often when in use to avoid unstable pilot flow and pressure shaking, resulting in serious wear.
