Y81Q-200
The Y81 series metal baler can extrude various metal scraps (steel shavings, scrap steel, scrap aluminum, scrap copper, scrap stainless steel, scrap automobile scrap, etc.) into qualified furnace materials of various shapes such as rectangles, octagons, cylinders, etc. It can reduce transportation and smelting costs and increase the furnace charging speed. This series of balers is mainly suitable for steel plants, recycling processing industries and non-ferrous and ferrous metal smelting industries.
Features:
1)All models are hydraulically driven and can be operated manually or with PLC automatic control.
2)The discharging method can choose different methods such as turn out the bale, push out the bale front out bale or manually taking the bale (carrying the bale).
3)No foot screws are required for installation. In places where there is no power supply, a diesel engine can be used as power.
4)There are ten levels of extrusion force from 63 tons to 1000 tons for users to choose
5)The size of the compression chamber and the shape and size of the bale can be designed and customized according to user requirements.
